Where Do We Ship?

Ordering an item from HomeShoppe? We can ship to virtually any address in Malaysia and some international addresses. For international buyers, if you don't see shipping options, please contact us for shipping arrangement. 

How Much Does It Cost?

Shipping costs depend on the options you choose, the size and weight of the item, and where the order is going. It’s really not that complicated. To estimate shipping costs, place an item in your cart and then click the Check Out button. On the order confirmation page, you can play with different shipping options and preferences to see how the prices and delivery estimates change.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. 

How Do We Ship?

We provide a wide selection of delivery options that let you choose how quickly you want to receive your order and how or if you want to pay shipping. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

When Do We Ship?

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Most goods arrive at their destination within seven (7) business days. Goods will only be sent for courier delivery upon payment confirmation. Please note that at this time we only process orders during business days. 

Where’s Your Stuff?

After you’ve placed your order, you can check on the shipping status in My Account.

Third Party Delivery

We would be glad to send your gift order directly to your love ones. All you have to do is provide us the appropriate shipping information at checkout.

Why Was My Package Undeliverable?

Our carriers may deem a package undeliverable for one of the following reasons:

Item is too big for a P.O. box.

Some items too big to ship to a P.O. box must be shipped to a street address.

Incorrect Address.

If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order.

Refused by Recipient.

If a gift recipient is not expecting a gift, they may refuse the package if they believe it was sent to them in error. If you still want to send these items, you may want to let the recipient know that a surprise is on the way.

General Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by within fourteen (14) days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

You should expect to receive your refund within two (2) weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (7 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 to 3 business days). We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

Partial Refunds

Partial Refunds will be issued for the following items:
• Most items that are returned more than fourteen (14) days after delivery
• Any item that has obvious signs of use
• Any item not returned in the condition it was received

Gift Returns and Refunds - Undeliverable Gifts

The purchaser is refunded in cases when a package is returned to HomeShoppe as undeliverable, whether the order was marked as a gift or not.

Items Purchased from Other Sellers

As the HomeShoppe Web site offers items for sale both by niczoushadz sisters and by registered third-party sellers, it is important in the returns process to know from whom the item was purchased. If the item to be returned was not sold by niczoushadz sisters, you will need to contact the seller directly.
